Property Logbook status now instantly visible with RLBA ViewMyChain integration

ViewMyChain, the UK’s only data-driven chain management tool, has completed their integration with the RLBA Logbook Register. The ViewMyChain tool enables an estate agency to check the status of all the homes in a linked transaction (i.e. are they ready to complete) and is integrated with all the UK’s leading estate agency CRMs.

The ViewMyChain RLBA integration allows estate agencies to check if a property has a Logbook available, and if there are any data packs linked to it – for example a Sellers Pack, a Lettings Pack or a Retrofit Plan. All at the click of a button.

This short video shows just how easy it is if you’re a Reapit customer.

Paul Halliwell, Executive Director at ViewMyChain, commented: "Being able to flag to both parties in a transaction that a logbook exists, and is available to view will, increasingly become the norm. We’re continuously expanding our data partner circle, to give all parties in the chain sight of as much information as possible. This latest integration with the RLBA is just another example of our commitment to chain transparency.”

Nigel Walley of the RLBA added. "This is the reason the Register was built - to allow agents and conveyancers to validate the identity and ownership of any digital logbooks presented as part of a deal. The more knowledge all parties in the chain can share, the more owners and occupiers can take control of their home's digital life."
