# ViewMyChain Launches Predicted Exchange Date Functionality via API to All Customers

ViewMyChain, a leading provider of property transaction data and analytics, is delighted to announce that its predicted exchange date functionality is now available to all customers via the ViewMyChain API.
Leveraging an extensive database on property sale progressions, ViewMyChain has been offering predicted exchange dates to select customers for some time. This rollout marks a natural progression, initially providing the feature to API-only customers, with plans to extend availability to web app and CRM-embedded customers in the near future.
The new functionality empowers conveyancers and sales progressors to quickly identify potential delays in property exchanges by presenting a single, predictive date. By accessing the detailed insights that accompany the predicted exchange date, property professionals can better understand the broader context of each transaction. This enhanced visibility enables them to keep clients informed more effectively than if they relied solely on a single-property view.
